Girl's Basketball

Coach Marva Atterberry is entering her eighth year as the Head Girls Basketball Coach at Rod Paige Middle School. Coach Atterberry has put in countless hours building our girls basketball program into what it is today. Her goal as coach is to show the importance of living an active and healthy lifestyle, as well as instilling core values and principles players will carry with them on and off the court. It is important to lead by example.

The unseen hours you put into your craft as a player or coach, the inner voice that tells you to keep going - keep pushing - this is that inner voice - and this drive is what she hopes to inspire in those she coaches.
